Description
Nurse Practitioner – 52-Week Contract | Dayton, OH | 5x8 Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor patient treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic and laboratory tests.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling.
- Administer immunizations and other approved treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, clinical standards, and federal regulations.
- Participate in care coordination and patient follow-up activities.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting.
Schedule: 5x8 Day Shift (40 hours/week)
Contract Length: 52 Weeks
Location: Dayton, Ohio
Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license, national certification, and relevant clinical experience.
