CT Technologist – 13-Week Travel Contract
 

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel assignment at a 212-bed Acute Care Hospital. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population across multiple care settings, including acute care, outpatient services, and the emergency department.
 

Requirements
 

Experience

• Minimum 2 year of CT Technologist experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Community Hospital experience required

Required Certifications

• BLS Certification
• CA CT Certification
• ARRT (R) or ARRT (CT)

Required Clinical Skills

CT Imaging

• Abdomen & Pelvis (with and without contrast)
• Head & Neck (with and without contrast)
• Chest Imaging (with and without contrast)
• Cervical Spine
• Thoracic Spine
• Lumbar Spine
• Musculoskeletal Trauma
• Vascular CTA Studies

Work Settings

• Adult Acute Care
• Adult Outpatient
• Emergency Department

Professional Knowledge

• Contrast Media Preparation and Administration
• Radiation Safety Practices
• Isolation Precautions and PPE Protocols

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Call Requirement: None
• Float Requirement: None
• Block Scheduling: Considered based on unit needs

Weekend Requirements

• Weekend shifts may exceed every other weekend based on unit needs.
