Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ED)
Samaritan Medical Center – Watertown, NY
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (07/13/2026 – 10/14/2026)
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,722
Weekly Stipend: $1,246
W-2 Taxable Rate: $41/hr
Travel Requirement: Candidates must reside outside the 100-mile radius rule.
Requirements
- Active New York State RN License
- Recent Emergency Department experience
- Travel experience required
- MEDITECH experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute and critical conditions
- Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient needs
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and perform phlebotomy as required
- Document patient care accurately in MEDITECH
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Serve as Charge Nurse when needed and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
