Description

Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ED)
Samaritan Medical Center – Watertown, NY
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (07/13/2026 – 10/14/2026)
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,722
Weekly Stipend: $1,246
W-2 Taxable Rate: $41/hr
Travel Requirement: Candidates must reside outside the 100-mile radius rule.

Requirements

Active New York State RN License
Recent Emergency Department experience
Travel experience required
MEDITECH experience required
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Responsibilities

Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute and critical conditions
Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient needs
Administer medications, IV therapy, and perform phlebotomy as required
Document patient care accurately in MEDITECH
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Serve as Charge Nurse when needed and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
