🧪 Role Overview

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures to support accurate and timely patient diagnosis. You will work closely with physicians and radiologists in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures per physician orders
Prepare and administer radioisotopes following established protocols
Ensure high-quality imaging and submit results for radiologist interpretation
Educate and safely position patients for procedures
Follow Radiation Safety (ALARA) standards
Maintain accurate records of radioisotope usage and storage
Practice sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols
Collaborate effectively with providers, radiologists, and team members

✅ Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
NMTCB OR ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) Certification
BLS (AHA) Certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Experience with computer systems (Microsoft Office, EMR systems)
