📍 Travel Registered Nurse – Hospice Opportunity – Plymouth, MA
✅ Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN License required at time of submission
- Minimum hospice nursing experience required
- Ability to perform 4–5 patient visits per day
- Experience providing care in patient homes and facility settings
- Strong assessment, case management, and communication skills
- Previous travel experience not required
🏥 Job Responsibilities
- Provide hospice nursing care to patients in homes and facilities
- Conduct routine patient assessments and visits
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding hospice care
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Travel approximately 30–50 miles per day between patient visits

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
