Description

Home Health/Hospice RN
Active WI or compact license
Certs: BLS
Experience: 2 years and EMR charting experience required. Hoyer lift and EZ lift/sit to stand lift experience preferred. **Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units.**

In-home visits required - Service areas is a 40 mile radius - Aim to keep staff within the same area for assignments - Required to cover patient in community based retirement homes within Beaver Dam.

Facility reimbursed mileage based on the IRS policy - $0.70 per mile1-2
