π Assignment Details
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Start Date: July 15, 2026
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 3x12 Nights
- Hours: 6:45 PM β 7:15 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
- Unit: Acute Rehab (AR) / Madonna Rehabilitation Specialty Hospital (MRSH)
- Charting System: Sunrise
π₯ Patient Ratios
- Acute Rehab (AR): 1:5β7
- MRSH: 1:4
π° Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $19.50/hour
- Tax-Free Stipend: $900/week
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,600/week
π Travel Reimbursement
$500 Total
- $250 paid on first paycheck
- $250 paid on final paycheck
π Scheduling Requirements
- No Block Scheduling
- Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends every 6 weeks
π Attendance Policy
- Up to 3 call-offs per 13-week contract without penalty or loss of guarantee
- 3 or more call-offs during the contract may result in termination
β Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience
- IV experience REQUIRED
- Long-Term Care, Rehab, or similar experience preferred
- Ventilator experience preferred, but not required
π Dress Code
- Clean, professional scrubs required
π Orientation
- Orientation will occur at either the Lincoln or Omaha campus, depending on the start date
- Orientation lasts approximately 2.5β3 days
