Description

Required Skills & Experience:
-Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a MS/Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting required.
-Must have a strong MS/Tele background.

Required Hard Skills: Tele, Med Surg

Required Soft Skills: Hospice / Taking care of hospice patients

Required Education:
-ASN.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
-NIHSS.
-Telemetry.
-BLS-AHA.
-CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.
-NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.

Schedule Notes: RN - MedSurg/Older Pedi/ Hospice 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM 3 x 12 Every Other Weekend Required 1 Holiday Requirement No On-Call Requirement Floating Required when Needed Required Soft Skills: Hospice / Taking care of hospice patients Required Licenses & Certifications RN License, BLS and ACLS Scrub Color: Navy Blue
