Job Description

Advance your imaging career in the historic mountains of West Virginia! We are seeking an independent, highly skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at WVU Medicine Thomas Memorial Hospital.

Located in the 218-bed Thom CT Scan department, you will provide critical, high-quality diagnostic imaging across a diverse, all-age patient demographic. This position features an optimized mid-shift schedule with zero on-call or floating requirements!

Position Details

• Start Date: 06/17/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Mid-Shifts (03:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Schedule: Full-Time Contract Hours
• Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekends
• On-Call / Standby: None!
• Scrub Color: Strict Uniform — Black Scrubs (Matching uniform jackets only; no hoodies allowed)

Unit Specifics & Staffing Support

• Facility Environment: 218-bed acute care facility setting.
• Orientation: Focused, unit-specific orientation guided directly by the department Lead Technologist.

Requirements (No Exceptions)

• Minimum 2 years of current, dedicated CT experience in a hospital setting.
• Must have strong IV starting skills (Submissions without documented peripheral IV proficiency will not be reviewed).
• Certifications Required: Active ARRT RT (R)(CT) registry credentials.
• Floating: None required—you will stay strictly dedicated to the main campus CT scan department.
