Description
Physical Therapist
The Physical Therapist evaluates patients and provides therapeutic treatment in accordance with established plans of care and physician orders to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide and document physical therapy services in accordance with the plan of care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed.
- Comply with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of WA (or compact license).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional PT experience preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
