Description

Unit Information:

Number of Beds: 50
Patient Ratios: PT/OT staff oversee about 9 patients. These are the patients that therapist will report on in team conference but not necessarily see every day.
Equipment: In-motion, Synaptic, EKSO, and VR
EHR: UDS and Cerner
Supervisor: Angelica Ogden, DOT; Lauren Luis, Therapy Manager
Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Adults
 

• Facility Department/Cost Center: Therapy • Shift: M-F 8AM-4:30PM • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: 8 (require one weekend shift a month) Saturday & Sunday • Years of Experience: 2-3 years • Float Requirements: Ability to float to our Gilbert location (15min away) if needed due to census.
