Quick Glance
Schedule: Nights • 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM • Saturday–Monday (3x12s)
Call: Light rotation — approximately 2 call shifts
Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed
Setting: Large, 540-bed hospital with a busy emergency department
Patient Focus: Emergency • Trauma & Stroke
Tech Stack: Philips & Siemens CT scanners
EMR: Epic
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality CT imaging in a fast-paced emergency environment
- Support critical trauma and stroke workflows with precision and urgency
- Administer contrast and demonstrate strong IV skills
- Collaborate with radiologists, ED staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain patient safety, imaging protocols, and documentation standards
Must-Have Credentials
- ARRT (CT) certification
- BLS certification
- Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) license
- 2+ years of CT experience
- Proven experience in trauma and stroke imaging
Preferred
- Strong IV insertion and contrast administration skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in high-acuity settings
Work Environment
- High-volume emergency department with 1:1 patient focus
- Advanced imaging equipment (Philips & Siemens)
- Collaborative, team-driven culture with a need for flexibility and independence
