Description

MANAGER INTERVIEW
UNIT: SLP

Shift: 5x8 days 8a-4:30p

Required Licenses and Certifications: WI State SLP License and AHA BLS Required

Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years of experience preferred; Critical access experience preferred; Pediatrics experience REQUIRED

Charting Experience: EPIC preferred

Primarily Caseload: 90% Outpatient Pediatrics with roughly 10% of inpatient mixed populations; 7 appointments per day
**Please note there is a seasoned SLP on site that can be used as a resource for the traveler**

Shift Requirements: 8HR Days (8-430)
Float Requirements: N/A
On Call/Call Back requirements: N/A
Weekend & Holiday requirements: None required
