Job Description
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Lebanon, NJ with Tender Touch Rehab Services. This SNF opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to work with a diverse geriatric population focused on rehabilitation, mobility, fall prevention, and return-to-home outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active PT License
- SNF, LTC, or Rehab experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
