Ardor Health Solutions, a therapist-focused healthcare staffing company with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment with BrightSpring Health Services in Cedartown, GA. - Active PT License (or ability to obtain Georgia licensure)
- Minimum 1 year recent Home Health experience preferred
- OASIS experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
