Ardor Health Solutions, a therapist-focused healthcare staffing company with over 25 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for an assignment with Providence at Home with Compassus in Walla Walla, WA.
This position offers the flexibility and autonomy of Home Health while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Clinicians are assigned to a geographic team and partner closely with case managers and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care throughout the community.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of recent Home Health experience within the last 3 years
- HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred
- Active Washington PT License
- Oregon license required, but candidates may start with WA license while obtaining OR
- Current BLS Certification
Coverage Area:
- Walla Walla County
- Southern Columbia County
- Portions of Umatilla County (up to approximately 60 miles)
