🏥 Travel CT Technologist – Day Shift | Golden, CO

📍 Location: Golden, Colorado

📅 Assignment Details:

  • Start Date: July 20, 2026
  • Duration: 13 Weeks (Through Oct 17, 2026)
  • Shift: 12-Hour Days (Wed–Fri | 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM)
  • Hours: 36 hours/week

🧠 Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join a high-performing radiology team in a modern acute care hospital setting. This role requires strong clinical expertise, independent judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.

You will perform a wide variety of CT procedures using advanced imaging technology while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate diagnostic results.

 

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans following established protocols and physician orders
  • Ensure accurate patient identification and exam verification
  • Review images for quality, clarity, and diagnostic accuracy
  • Administer contrast media safely under physician supervision
  • Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety standards
  • Monitor patients and respond to emergent situations effectively
  • Educate patients and families on procedures and safety
  • Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
  • Follow infection control and sterile procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated patient care
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain QC standards
  • Assist in training students and junior technologists

 

🧩 Required Qualifications:

  • ARRT (R) & ARRT (CT) – Required
  • BLS Certification (AHA) – Required
  • Active State License (if applicable)
  • Associate Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology
  • 1–2 years of CT experience (acute care preferred)

 

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

  • ARRT (R)(CT) Certification
  • Experience in hospital-based CT imaging
  • Fluoroscopy Certification (for Colorado-based candidates)

  • Strong knowledge of sectional anatomy & positioning
  • Proficiency in CT imaging techniques and protocols
  • Experience with contrast administration & injector systems
  • Ability to operate imaging systems and PACS efficiently
