Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a high-acuity, fast-paced facility. This is a great opportunity for a confident RN who thrives in a dynamic ER environment treating a wide range of patient populations.

Unit Details

• Department: Emergency Department
• Beds: 46
• Average Daily Census: 140 patients
• Patient Ratio: 1:4 (up to 1:5 for lower acuity)
• Patient Population: All age groups

Equipment & Technology

• EPIC charting system (REQUIRED)
• Belmont (trauma)
• Giraffe warmer (neonates)
• Rapid infuser
• LUCAS device (cardiac arrest)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of ER experience
• Travel experience required (or 5+ years if first-time traveler)
• Active Maryland RN license
• Certifications required:
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NIHSS
  • CPI
  • TNCC
