Travel assignment
Duration: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP, preferably within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3 shifts of 12 hours each per week)
Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
Float Pool Position: Must be willing to float between multiple departments and facilities within the region

Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe care
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel
Patient-to-nurse ratio: 6:1

Valid RN license in Arizona
Med Surg / Telemetry experience (minimum 2 years), including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
