Position Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Float to inpatient PT when needed to support hospital operations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab staff to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and functional goals
• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and professional standards

Requirements

• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in outpatient therapy; inpatient experience a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work independently in a rural hospital environment
