Description
Position: RN Home Hospice
Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8am - 5pm
Location: Asheville, NC
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes
- Conduct patient assessments and symptom management
- Pain management and end-of-life care
- Educate and support patients and family members
- Maintain accurate documentation in Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
- Manage a hospice caseload independently
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Active Driver’s License
- Recent Hospice Nursing Experience (Required)
- Experience with EMR documentation
- Understanding of hospice certification documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Home Health Experience
- Hospice Case Management Experience
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
