🏡 Travel RN – Home Health
📍 Franklin / Macon County, NC (Asheville Region)
⏳ 13-Week Contract | 🚗 Day Shift
🌟 Position Overview
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Travel Home Health RN to serve patients across Franklin and Macon County, NC. This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy independent work, patient connection, and community-based care.
Join a supportive home health team delivering high-quality care in one of North Carolina’s most scenic regions.
📅 Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Patient Load: 5–6 visits per day
- On-Call: Every 6–7 weeks (weeknight + weekend rotation)
- 📞 Call hours: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- 🚫 No night visits required

🏥 Facility Overview
This Home Health facility provides personalized in-home care services across Western North Carolina. This branch supports approximately 100 patients, offering a collaborative environment with a focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
🩺 Role Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Conduct assessments, care planning, and documentation
- Manage chronic conditions and post-acute care needs
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Home Health experience REQUIRED
- Hospice experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field

🚗 Additional Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle required for daily patient visits
- Comfortable traveling within Franklin / Macon County area
👕 Dress Code
- Nursing: Navy blue or navy/white scrubs
