M-F, days Coverage area: Austin, Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Fischer and Driftwood May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address RNs are required to get a minimum of 30 points Start of Cares 2.5, Resumption of Cares 2, Recerts 1.75, Discharges 1.5 and routine visits .9 Must have recent HH exp 2024-25 HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate
