Description

THIS IS AN ED HOLDING SUPPORT POSITION LOCATED IN THE FLOAT POOL

 

The ED Holding unit has patients located within the Emergency Department that are waiting for an inpatient bed in the hospital. They could have any medical/surgical adult diagnosis. Traveler may have PCU level patients. Travelers are expected to take MS/Tele cases as well as float to ED and MedSurg areas as needed.

 

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 year

 

Note: THIS IS THE CNRO UNIT THAT MAINLY SUPPORTS ED HOLDING UNIT 

 

Certs: BLS, ACLS

 

Shift: Days - 36 or 48 hours
