Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring treatment progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring continuity of care. Candidates must have strong behavioral health assessment, counseling, and communication skills. Schedule: 40 hours/week, 4x10s or 5x8s, weekdays only (no weekends).
