Job Overview

• Position: MRI Technologist (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Standard)

• Hours: 40 hours per week (Guaranteed)
• Shift: Days | Monday – Friday (09:00 - 17:30) with scheduled lunch break.

Job Description & Unit Details

Join a highly collaborative, 4-tech daytime imaging team at a prestigious, Magnet-designated Denver hospital. This position covers a versatile caseload with an emphasis on excellent patient care, team-based coordination, and reliable call support.

• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Typical Scans/Procedures: MSK, Body, Neuro, and anesthesia-supported cases (e.g., Pacemakers).
• Equipment/Systems: Toshiba and GE MRI systems.
• Charting System: Meditech
• Team Dynamic: A close-knit, 4-staff department looking for a flexible, social, and motivated travel partner.

On-Call Requirements

• Weekday Call: 1 to 2 nights per week (Night shift coverage relies entirely on the on-call rotation).
• Weekend Call: Every 3rd weekend (1x per month minimum requirement).
• Bonus Preference: The manager highly prefers candidates who are enthusiastic about picking up or taking on additional call shifts if available.

Requirements

Experience & Certifications

• Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of current, dedicated MRI Technologist experience.
• Preferred Experience: Prior hands-on proficiency with Toshiba MRI equipment is highly preferred.
• Certifications: ARRT (MR) and BLS are strictly required at the time of submission.
