Urgent Need – CT Technologist | Akron, OH | Nights | Interview Required
 

📍 Location: Summa Health – Akron Campus | Akron, Ohio
📅Contract: 13 Weeks | 07/12/2026 – 10/10/2026
⏰Shift: 4x10 Nights | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
📆Schedule: Every Other Weekend Required

Position Highlights:
 

✔ Primarily CT with some X-Ray responsibilities
✔ Equipment: Canon CT & Canon Rad X-Ray
✔ Busy Level I Trauma Center environment
✔ Interview Required
✔ Up to 7 days RTO allowed (More than 7 days will be declined).
 

Requirements:
 

✅ Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience
✅Level I Trauma experience REQUIRED (must be clearly listed on resume)
✅ Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
✅ Active ARRT (R) certification
✅ARRT (CT) preferred
✅ Active Ohio Radiographer License REQUIRED
✅ BLS/CPR Certification
✅ Experience administering contrast and assisting with invasive procedures
✅ Ability to lift/position patients and work in a fast-paced trauma setting
✅ Strong communication and patient care skills.
 

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT examinations and diagnostic radiographs
• Evaluate images with Radiologists and obtain additional images as needed
• Administer IV contrast safely and accurately
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records
• Assist with emergency, trauma, and invasive procedures when required
• Ensure patient safety while delivering compassionate, efficient care
