Required Experience

Candidates must have experience with:

✅ Charge Nurse responsibilities

✅ Med-Surg patients

✅ PCU/Stepdown-level patients

✅ Telemetry monitoring

✅ Drip management

Required Drips

• Insulin Drips
• Esmolol Drips
• Sodium Drips

Candidate Must Be Comfortable With

• Taking Charge Nurse assignments
• Managing fluctuating acuity levels
• Caring for PCU patients when census requires
• Telemetry interpretation
• Higher-acuity patient assignments

Submission Requirements

RTO

• Maximum 5 days RTO
• Less is preferred
• Must be disclosed at submission
• No additional RTO requests after submission/interview

Pay & Contract Notes

• Charge Differential: $3/hour
• Holiday Rate: 1.25x
• Overtime: Paid at regular bill rate (no OT multiplier)
