Ardor Health Solutions, a therapist-focused healthcare staffing company with over 25 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment with Providence Home Health in Everett, WA.
This position offers the autonomy of home health while working with one of the most recognized home health providers in the Pacific Northwest.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB experience preferred
- Active Washington PT License
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
Coverage Area
Coverage is primarily throughout the Everett/Snohomish County region. Therapists are assigned to geographic territories and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care while minimizing unnecessary travel.
