• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Work across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Treat primarily neuro and orthopedic patient populations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
✅ Requirements:
• Active Illinois PT license
• Minimum 2+ years PT experience preferred
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
• BLS certification required
