Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Clinic
 

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ambulatory Clinic team. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient- and family-centered care in an outpatient setting.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions across care settings.
• Deliver direct patient care, patient education, and health counseling.
• Perform telephone triage and eVisits, addressing patient concerns and coordinating appropriate follow-up care.
• Assist with and perform in-clinic minor procedures.
• Delegate and supervise care in accordance with nursing practice standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional development.
• Float to other clinic areas as needed to support operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Clinical experience or a strong interest in caring for the patient population served by the clinic

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferably in an ambulatory, outpatient, or clinic setting.
