Description
Registered Nurse – Outpatient Neurology Clinic
Shift: Days, 5x8 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
$2,500.71/week
Requirements:
- Active California RN License.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
- BLS certification required.
- EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred.
- Neurology and/or infusion clinic experience highly preferred.
- No weekends or on-call.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate outpatient neurology care, including patient assessments, education, and follow-up.
- Manage medication refills, infusion orders, prior authorizations, and medication reconciliation.
- Conduct telephone triage and respond to patient calls and MyChart messages.
- Review laboratory results and collaborate with providers on treatment plans.
- Perform patient education and support during office visits and follow-up care.
- Document all patient encounters accurately in EPIC and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
