Travel CVOR RN – Cardiothoracic Surgery

We are seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse for a travel assignment supporting a busy Cardiothoracic Surgery team. This position primarily focuses on Cardiothoracic (CT) procedures, with the opportunity to assist in other surgical specialties based on department needs.

Schedule

• 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Specialty Focus

Primary responsibilities include:

• Cardiothoracic (CT) Surgery

May also be required to assist with:

• General Surgery
• Minimally Invasive Surgery
• Robotic Surgery
• Gynecology (GYN)
• Genitourinary (GU)
• Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT)
• Orthopedic Surgery

Call Requirements

• 3–4 weekday call shifts per week, beginning at the end of the scheduled shift and ending at the start of the next scheduled shift.
• Up to every other weekend call, beginning Friday after the scheduled shift and ending Monday at 6:00 AM.

Requirements

• Recent CVOR experience required.
• Strong Cardiothoracic Surgery experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to float to other surgical specialties based on case volume.
• Active RN license and required certifications.
