Position Responsibilities: MUST have LTC Leadership experience Nursing Operations: Directs daily clinical and nursing services. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partners with Social Services, Admissions, Activities, Housekeeping, and Infection Control.Quality Assurance: Maintains clinical standards and regulatory compliance for skilled nursing resident
