Description

Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients.

Travel Pay: $2,550/week Gross
Local Pay: $50–$59/hr (W-2)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Possible extension and conversion into a permanent role)

Location: Clinton, MS, USA, 39056; Coverage Area: Jackson, Clinton, Vicksburg, Bolton, Edwards, Raymond, Utica.

No mandatory on-call or weekend requirements (optional if desired).

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Productivity: 30 points/week

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients.
Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments.
Document patient care accurately in Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care.

Requirements:

Active RN License.
Previous Home Health experience required.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Additional Information:

Mileage reimbursement provided between patient visits. ($0.48/Miles)
Scrub Color: Royal Blue.
