Description

Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed.
Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and home care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards.
Adapt quickly to different electronic medical record (EMR) systems and workplace procedures.
