RN – Telemetry

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
• Assess and care for patients with cardiac conditions, post-cardiac procedures, and other medically complex conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and cardiac treatments as prescribed.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Manage patients with post-cath/TR band care and hemostasis.
• Perform stroke assessments and monitor neurological status.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Accurately document patient care and telemetry findings while ensuring compliance with hospital standards.

Required Documents / Certifications

• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS
• NIHSS 

• 3+ years Telemetry experience
