CVOR RN – 12 Week Contract

Schedule: 40 hours/week
Shift: Day Shift, 8-hour shifts, 0630–1500
Call Requirements: 2 weekday call shifts per week and every 3rd–4th weekend call

Required Experience:
Must have strong Cardiac/Open Heart, Vascular, and Endovascular OR experience.

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CVOR RN to provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established standards of practice and the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop and prioritize individualized care plans, evaluate patient progress, and revise care as needed. Educate patients and families, advocate for patient needs, and deliver care in a respectful, non-judgmental manner. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, patient safety initiatives, quality measures, and department-specific clinical competencies.

Ideal Candidate:
A clinically strong CVOR RN with recent Cardiac/Open Heart, Vascular, and Endovascular experience who is comfortable working day shift with call responsibilities in a fast-paced surgical environment.
