Description

A Registered Nurse (RN) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) provides comprehensive nursing care to residents requiring post-acute rehabilitation following hospitalization as well as individuals needing long-term skilled nursing care. The RN is responsible for clinical assessments, medication administration, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, resident education, and supervision of LPNs/LVNs and CNAs while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
