Description

Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CVOR)

Location: HCA Florida Kendall Hospital – Miami, FL

Schedule: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements | $2,343.00/week

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
CVOR experience required
Surgical Technologist Certification (required)
Ability to take weekday and weekend call
Experience in a fast-paced cardiovascular operating room

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the sterile field for cardiovascular surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons during open-heart and cardiovascular surgeries.
Pass instruments, supplies, and implants during procedures.
Prepare and manage specialized CVOR equipment and instruments.
Ensure accurate surgical counts and maintain sterile technique.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to deliver safe patient care.
Document procedures according to hospital policy.
