Description

🧠 Position: Occupational Therapist
📍 Location: Elk Grove, California 95758
🏥 Setting: PACE Clinic / Outpatient + Field
📅 Duration: 13 weeks

⏰ Schedule:
-Monday – Friday
-8:00a – 4:30p
-40 hours per week
-Mobile visits required (home / SNF / ALF)

Travel Pay Package:
💵 $2,902 per week total

🏠 Housing stipend included ($1,050)
🍽️ Meals stipend included ($602)

Overview:
🧠 Provide occupational therapy services in a PACE program
⚡ Mix of clinic-based and mobile patient visits
👥 Treat patients in home and facility settings
🎯 Great opportunity for OTs who enjoy autonomy and variety

✅ Additional Details:
-4–6 patients per day
-Occasional mobile visits depending on need
-Weekly file deadline prior to start

Requirements: 📋 Active California OT license required 🩺 Minimum 1+ year experience 🚗 Reliable transportation required 💬 Experience in outpatient or geriatric settings preferred ❤️ CPR certification required
