Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health
📍 Boone, NC | 13 Weeks

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an experienced PTA for a home health assignment in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide treatment in patients' homes, helping improve mobility, function, and independence.

Position Details

13-Week Contract
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Estimated Gross Pay: ~$1,825/week
Taxable Rate: $15/hr
Lodging: $110/day
M&IE: $65/day

Requirements

Active NC PTA License
Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
OASIS experience preferred
Reliable transportation
