General Information about the unit(s):
- Number of Beds - 26
- Number of Staff – 52
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) AT minimum 1 charge, 3 nurses and an ORT
- Night Shift - AT minimum 1 charge, 3 nurses and an ORT
- Patient Ratios – 1:4 for antepartum patients and 1:1 or 1:2 for labors - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
- Type of equipment - Alaris pumps
- EMR – Meditech, CPN charting system
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Antepartum/high risk L&D experience
- At least 2 years L&D experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Mom baby or Couplet care experience
