Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at Adventist – Lodi Memorial. The RN will provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to support department needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, coordinated, and patient-centered nursing care in the Operating Room setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established nursing standards and protocols.
• Provide perioperative support and ensure continuity of care throughout surgical procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, surgical teams, and ancillary departments.
• Supervise and support assigned nursing staff as appropriate.
• Utilize critical thinking and sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to facility policies, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Required)
• BLS or CPR Certification from an approved provider (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
• Previous acute care experience preferred
• Prior Operating Room (OR) experience preferred
