Description

Assess staff learning needs and develop education plans.
Deliver orientation, competency validation, and continuing education programs.
Facilitate classroom, simulation, bedside, and virtual training.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain competency records.
Support evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with nurse leaders and interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical performance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications: Recent 2+ years of L&D Experience BLS , ACLS - AHA Certifications AWHONN , NRP certifications
