🔥 HIGH-PAYING LABOR & DELIVERY CONTRACT – QUICK INTERVIEWS
First Connect Health is seeking an experienced, high-acuity Labor & Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse for an immediate travel assignment in Sioux City, Iowa. Enjoy rapid interview turnarounds and a highly competitive compensation package.

💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE
- Weekly Gross: $2,614.00
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00
- Hourly W2 Rate: $38.00/hr
- Overtime Rate: $57.00/hr (Billable after 40 hours)
📅 POSITION & SCHEDULE DETAILS
- Shift: 3x12 Nights (12-Hour Night Shifts)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per week
- EMR System: Epic (Epic Stork experience is highly preferred)
- Floating Requirements: Must be comfortable floating to Post-Partum 1–2 shifts per week. May also be asked to float within the same discipline across local campus locations.
🚨 CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (24 months) of current L&D experience required. Must have high-acuity, high-risk experience within the past year at a high-volume delivery center (200–300 deliveries/month).
- Licensure: Active Iowa or Compact State Nursing License must be verified on Nursys at the time of submission.
- Certifications Required: AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN (Fetal Monitoring).
- Clinical Skills: Circulating experience is required. Scrub experience is highly preferred.
- Geographic Rule: Local candidates are NOT allowable. Your taxable permanent address must be more than 50 miles away from the facility.
