UW Health SwedishAmerican is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient contract in Rockford, Illinois. This specialized opportunity is ideal for a Physical Therapist with lymphedema experience who is passionate about providing individualized care and helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with lymphedema and other outpatient orthopedic conditions.
• Provide manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Complete timely EMR documentation and progress reporting.
