🔥 PREMIER DAY-SHIFT OPERATING ROOM CONTRACT – FORT MYERS, FL

 

First Connect Health is seeking a highly skilled Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse for an immediate 13-week travel assignment in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida. This facility boasts an incredible staff culture where travelers are highly welcomed and integrated directly as core staff. 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

  • Weekly Gross: $2,253.00
  • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,533.00
  • Hourly W2 Rate: $20.00/hr
  • Overtime Rate: $30.00/hr
  • Based on 36 Regular Hours weekly (3x12 Shifts)

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

  • Schedule: 12-Hour Days (06:30 AM - 07:00 PM). No block scheduling.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per week.
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Surgical Caseload: Comprehensive adult and pediatric patient populations covering ENT, General, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, GYN, Ortho, Spine, & Neurosurgery.
  • On-Call Expectations: Rotational call is required, averaging approximately 4 times per month. Call varies by shift needs: End of Shift (EOS) 7p–11p, Overnight 7p–7a, or Backup Call (BUC) 3p–7a. Specifics can be discussed directly with the manager during your interview.
  • Floating Requirements: Travelers are the first to float and must be willing to support related units or sister campus locations as needed.

🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated Operating Room experience. Pediatric (PEDS) experience is strictly required. Prior travel contract experience is highly preferred!
  • Certifications: Active AHA BLS is required. CNOR is highly preferred.
  • Education/Profile Mandate: Degree accreditation MUST be explicitly listed on your profile, OR you must possess a minimum of 5 years of verified OR experience.
  • Geographic Rule: Travel candidates only. Your permanent taxable address must be located more than 50 miles away from the Fort Myers facility.
