Med-Surg Adult RN – Aberdeen, WA

Location: Aberdeen, WA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Schedule: Every Other Weekend Off
Additional Hours: Opportunity to pick up extra shifts

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Aberdeen, Washington.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care
• Float to other departments as needed based on staffing requirements

Requirements:

• Active Washington State RN License or Multistate Compact RN License
• Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg RN experience
• Completion of the required 6-hour Suicide Prevention Training
• Nursys demographic verification required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with MEDITECH is preferred but not required
• Must be a team player and willing to float to other departments as assigned
