Description

Contract Length: 13 weeks.

Start Date: ASAP.

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hours.

Shift Requirements: Days, 4x10.

On Call/Call Back Requirements: On call 1-2 nights per week with taking call 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule.

30-minute response time.

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule.

Weekend call is from Friday 5pm CST – Monday 0630 CST.

Will rotate through upcoming Holidays on the team they are placed on.

Required Certifications: IN license and ARRT (must have both).

Minimum Experience: MUST HAVE IR EXPERIENCE- 2 years’ experience.

Charting/Equipment: EPIC/CUPID , GE MacLab/CardioLab.
